2. Registration and Use of the Platform
Eligibility: You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use the platform.
Account Creation: You are required to provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Use of Services: By using the platform, you agree to follow all guidelines provided by and any third-party service providers.
3. Relationship Between , Customers, and Service Providers

Service Providers: Nutritionists and restaurants are independent contractors and are not employees of Badnii.
Responsibility: Badnii is directly manages and is responsible for the quality of the supplements sold through its store. However, does not take responsibility for the services provided by third-party service providers (nutritionists or restaurants).
4. Fees and Payment
Customer Fees: Customers may be charged for services provided by nutritionists, meal deliveries from restaurants, and purchases of supplements. All fees will be transparently displayed before payment.
Administration Fee: Badnii will charge customers a 1% administration fee on all transactions to cover the platform's operational costs.
Payments: All payments will be securely processed through the platform using the available payment methods.
5. Subscriber Obligations toward Restaurants/Healthy Kitchens (Mandatory)
You must comply with each restaurant/kitchen’s House Rules & Health Policies shown at checkout/receipt, including pickup/delivery windows, storage/reheating instructions, and food-safety notices. You must disclose allergies or dietary restrictions in advance and review the allergen information provided by the restaurant (mandatory in EU/UK frameworks).
6. Dispute Resolution Between Customers and Service Providers
While Badnii facilitates the connection between customers and service providers, it does not assume responsibility for disputes that may arise between these parties. However, Badnii provides a dispute resolution process to assist in mediating conflicts to ensure customer satisfaction:
Reporting Issues: Customers or service providers encountering a problem can report it to through the platform’s contact us.
Mediation Process: Badnii will review the issue and offer mediation by communicating with both parties to reach a fair resolution.
Non-Responsibility Clause: Badnii does not assume legal responsibility for resolving disputes. The final resolution rests with the customer and service provider. For disputes related to supplements (as Badnii directly provides these products), Badnii will take full responsibility for issues concerning quality, delivery, and returns.
7.Refund Policy
7.1 Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customers are entitled to cancel their health program within three (3) days of its initiation.
A refund of the program fees will be made directly to the customer, excluding:
§ Restaurant meal charges.
§ 10% detect from total fee
§ A 1% administrative fee.
§ Any applicable bank transfer charges.
7.2 Refunds will be processed through the platform, and the customer will be notified of the refund timeline via email or SMS.
7.3 Meal Delivery / Restaurants: Refunds or replacements for unsatisfactory meals / Restaurants will be handled by the restaurant. Complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the meal.

Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
6.4.1 Refunds or returns may be requested for the following reasons:
Incorrect Product: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
Damaged Product: If the product arrives damaged due to shipping or handling.
Expired Product: If the product delivered has passed its expiration date at the time of delivery.
Product Quality Issues: If there are concerns about the quality of the product (e.g., contamination, defects).
Please note: For health and safety reasons, opened or used products are generally not eligible for returns unless there is a documented quality issue.

Customers may request a refund or return within 7 days of receiving the product. After this period, refund requests will not be considered, except in cases of product defects or quality concerns.

Any health-related issues or injuries resulting from following nutrition advice or consuming meals.
Any disputes between customers and service providers. Badnii will assist with mediation but is not responsible for enforcing decisions or providing compensation. Badnii will, however, take full responsibility for issues related to supplements directly provided through the platform.
9. Termination of Services
Badnii reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or misuse the platform.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Badnii respects user privacy and will handle personal information according to its Privacy Policy. Appropriate measures are taken to ensure personal data is kept secure and used only for the purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy.
11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Badnii reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law and Competent Courts
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any legal disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Oman.
